It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and not a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any strategy.
We are not your broker, dealer, or investment adviser, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by reading our research or subscribing. "BUY," "SELL," "WATCH," and "AVOID" labels describe our research view of a filing, not instructions to you.
Markets involve risk, including the loss of principal. Past performance and any illustrative examples do not guarantee future results. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any investment decision. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
1. Acceptance
By using the Hyperion pages or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Hyperion is a research and information service delivered by email. A free tier sends a weekly summary; a paid Pro tier sends the full research feed in closer to real time. Content reflects our analysis of public filings and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. No advice and no warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the research is error-free or that any result will be achieved.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SumLogLabs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses, or for any decision you make based on the research. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
5. Subscriptions and billing
The free tier requires only an email and you can unsubscribe at any time. The Pro tier is billed through Stripe at $100 per month following a 14-day free trial, and renews monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked in your emails; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the research, scrape or abuse the service, sign up with someone else's email, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or end access for any violation.
7. Intellectual property
The research, the Hyperion name and marks, and the site content are owned by SumLogLabs. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable license to read the research for your own use.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by unsubscribing. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date above and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
